My psp says no games

However, when I quit the game, and try to run any other game on my memory card even rock band , the PSP can't read any games inside the memory card. The games are there, because I see them with windows, but the PSP does not recognize the games anymore.

I have downloaded a game to my computer and transfer it to the ISO part of my memory stick. When I want to play the game on the PSP it says "there are no games". What do I do wrong? W hy is my psp saying that there is insufficient memory on it to save games when my memory card is almost full and has WAY more memory than needed to save the game?
